Brinkley Resort is an accommodation resort and conference centre situated in the township of Methven in Mid Canterbury, heartland New Zealand. We feature a total of 80 self contained apartments comprised of 40 studios and 40 quality two bedroom apartments. We also have full laundry facilities in each apartment and the two bedroom apartments all contain spa baths, ideal for relaxing in.

Once you arrive, there is no need to leave with our award winning restaurant and licensed bar, spa pools, floodlit tennis court and childrens playground. You can even fly directly from our exclusive helipad at the resort to Mt Hutt from as little as $60 p.p. We are lucky to be surrounded by golf courses, walking tracks, high country lakes and rivers offering world class fishing and of course, Mt Hutt Ski Area in our rather stunning backyard!
