About The Lodge at the Inlet

Welcome to The Lodge at the Inlet, just 25 minutes north of Wellington.

Nestled in bush clad hills overlooking the Pauatahanui Inlet, it’s a picturesque setting for your wedding, special occasion, conference or weekend retreat.

Our friendly, professional team is dedicated to bringing you top quality meeting facilities, excellent cuisine and service, all within the peaceful surroundings of The Lodge at the Inlet.

We have 4 rooms available for conferences and breakout groups:

The TV Lounge seats up to 6 Boardroom style
The Guest Lounge seats up to 15 boardroom style
The Harbour View Room seats up to 100 theatre style or 30 in a U-shape
The Stables seats up to 200 theatre style or 50 in a U-shape

All rooms have access to a courtyard, ideal for breakout groups and stretching your legs
between sessions.

We will set up rooms to your specifications for your arrival including a flipchart, notepads, pens, pencils and carafes of water on the tables.

We are happy to arrange onsite team building activities such as:

• axe throwing
• archery
• skeet shooting
• cricket
• round robin tennis

There are also a number of recreational facilities close at hand that we can organise for your group.

We can cater for all meals with a choice of breakfast, morning and afternoon tea, lunch and dinner menus.

Accommodation is available in our 9 guest rooms.

The Lodge at the Inlet has a No Smoking policy throughout the entire complex.
